Introduction and purpose of the study. The article analyzes the current state of the issue of structuring and content of specialized physical training for qualified volleyball players in the context of a remote training process. In the modern digital world, where limitations and remoteness have become the norm, remote training has become a primary element of learning. It is essential to develop effective methods for the specialized physical preparation of volleyball players aged 17-22, taking into account their individual needs and contemporary strategies. The physical readiness of volleyball players requires continuous improvement, as the rules of the game change, and it is crucial to consider physical preparation as a key element of success. Optimal training methods and training process management, considering the individual characteristics and positions of the players, determine the success of training and team readiness. Remote learning has become a significant and necessary component of modern sports training. The article emphasizes the importance of developing effective methods and approaches for the specialized physical training of volleyball players in a remote mode. The primary focus is on analyzing contemporary strategies that help maximize the effectiveness of the training process in these unique conditions.
Considering the limitations and current trends, remote training becomes even more relevant for the preparation of volleyball players. An individual approach to each player remains a key aspect of physical preparation, especially in the context of remote learning. The use of modern diagnostic and computer technologies becomes an important reserve for increasing the effectiveness of the training process, particularly in a remote format. The optimal balance between the volume and intensity of training sessions remains a crucial issue in planning the training process in the conditions of remote learning. The development and implementation of individual and group models of technical-tactical actions for volleyball players based on the analysis of the activities of leading world teams are essential components of the training process, particularly in the context of remote learning.
The objective is to investigate and analyze the data from scientific literature and the Internet regarding the organization and planning specifics of the training process in physical preparation for qualified volleyball players aged 17-22 during the preparation phase for higher achievements.
Material and methods. The research was conducted within the framework of the dissertation work titled “Improvement of Specialized Physical Training for Qualified Volleyball Players in the Context of Remote Training” at the Faculty of Physical Education, Sports, and Human Health at Berdyansk State Pedagogical University. The following methods were used in the study: Analysis and systematization of information from scientific literature and internet resources. This method allowed for evaluating the current state and trends in the field of specialized physical training in volleyball, identifying key problematic aspects for further investigation.
The research results indicate the relevance of remote training for volleyball players, particularly in pandemic conditions. Individualized approaches to specialized physical training contribute to performance improvement. The utilization of diagnostic and computer technologies allows for effective monitoring and adjustments in training. The optimal balance between training volume and intensity is crucial for planning. Developing and implementing individual and group models of technical and tactical actions based on the analysis of world-class teams enhances players’in-game performance. These findings hold significance for the preparation of volleyball players aged 17-22 for higher achievements.
Conclusions. Remote training becomes more relevant, especially in pandemic conditions, and requires an individualized approach to players. The use of modern technologies and the optimal balance between training volume and intensity are key factors for enhancing the effectiveness of the training process for volleyball players aged 17-22.
