Abstract

Introduction and purpose of the study. The article presents an analysis and generalization of scientific and methodological literature and practical experience of using interactive teaching methods for the formation of creative abilities of school-age children in the process of physical education.

The purpose of the study is to determine the organizational and methodological conditions for the formation of creative abilities of school-aged children in physical education.

Material and methods. The following methods were used during the research: study of scientific and methodical literature, analysis, synthesis, comparison, generalization, specification.

Results. The organizational and methodical conditions for the formation of children’s creative abilities in physical education lessons using interactive teaching methods are: creating an environment of co-creation and cooperation between the teacher and the student based on partnership pedagogy; peculiarities of the teacher’s activities and methods of preparation for the lesson; use of interactive methods depending on the content and parts of the lesson; creation of psychological conditions for learning; justification of means of physical education.

Conclusions. Interactive methods have a significant potential for the formation of creative abilities of schoolchildren. An important condition for the use of interactive methods in physical education lessons is the compliance of their content with the logic of the lesson structure for solving the tasks. The use of interactive methods ensures the activity of all participants in the educational process.
