Introduction. Boxing, including women’s, is an integral and spectacular part of the program of the Games of the Olympics of our time. An important role in the training system of young boxers is played by the stage of initial training. Currently, the features of the construction of the training process in the conditions of online training with the definition of the content and scope of general, special and auxiliary physical training are not sufficiently studied; rational correlation of means of physical training and parameters of physical activity, which have an accentuated effect on the development of the leading physical qualities of boxers and contribute to a more effective assimilation of the elements of the “school” of boxing and the formation of sportsmanship, which determines the relevance of the chosen research topic. The purpose of the study is to scientifically substantiate the structure and content of physical training of boxers at the stage of initial training in the conditions of online training to improve the efficiency of the educational and training process. Methods: theoretical analysis of scientific and methodological literature, pedagogical observation, anthropometry method, functional research methods, pedagogical testing, pedagogical experiment, methods of mathematical statistics. Organization of the study. The ascertaining experiment (2019-2020 academic year) involved 45 young athletes who were engaged in boxing at the stage of initial training in the municipal out-of-school educational institution “KCYSS in boxing and martial arts” of the Dnipro City Council, KPNZ “City Flotilla of Young Sailors and Rivermen” of the Dnipro City Council (including 28 boys and 17 girls). In the sequential-transformative experiment (2020-2021 academic year), 26 young athletes were involved in boxing at the Youth Sports School in boxing and martial arts No.4 (including 15 boys and 11 girls). Results: the level of physical condition of young boxers was revealed. It was found that the existing level of physical fitness does not allow young athletes to successfully master the basic elements of the “school” of boxing. The structure and content of physical training of boxers of 10-11 years old, who are engaged in the 1st year of the initial training stage, are scientifically substantiated. The content and scope of general, special and auxiliary physical training, which are used in accordance with the purpose, objectives and orientation of the stage, are determined.
Conclusions. Based on the results of the experiment, it is possible to draw conclusions about the positive impact of the developed structure and content of physical training of boxers aged 10-11 in the conditions of online training. The obtained results allow us to recommend them for implementation in the educational and training process of children’s and youth boxing schools.
