Abstract

Introduction and purpose of the study. The article is devoted to the study of the effectiveness of the use of the experimental program for the construction of the training process to optimize the special physical fitness of the football players 13-14 years, which are engaged in this sport at the stage of preliminary basic training, in the preparatory period of the annual macrocycle. In the framework of the study, it was important to study the peculiarities of the impact of our training classes on the level and individual indicators of special physical fitness of young football players, which can be considered as a basis for conclusions about the degree of efficiency of the developed program. The hypothesis of the study is the possibility of optimizing the special physical fitness of the football players at the stage of preliminary basic training through the introduction into the training process of new programs for the construction of the training process, taking into account the modern requirements of the development of sports games, in particular, football. The purpose is to study the influence of the experimental program of construction of the training process for players 13-14 years on the level of their special physical fitness in the preparatory period of the annual macrocycle.

Materials and methods. The results of testing of special physical fitness of 32 football players aged 13-14 years in the preparatory period of the annual training cycle, which were trained under the typical and experimental programs of construction of the training process. The control and experimental groups were respectively 17 and 15 players who played this sport at the stage of preliminary basic training.

Results. A comparative analysis of the dynamics of indicators of special physical fitness of football players 13- 14 years in the course of training sessions in the preparatory period under the typical and experimental programs of construction of the training process for the stage of preliminary basic training was carried out. It is proved that at the end of the study, the young athletes of the experimental group were noted, first, significantly better, compared to athletes of the control group, the magnitude of all indicators of special physical fitness, and secondly for the players of the experimental group K completing the preparatory period, compared to the football players of the control group, the magnitude of improving the specified parameters of special physical fitness (2-6 times). The materials obtained made it possible to state the high efficiency of the proposed program of training sessions in the preparatory period for football players 13-14 years at the stage of preliminary basic training.

Conclusions: At the beginning of the preparatory period of the annual macrocycle, football players of 13-14 years of control and experimental groups were observed virtually identical values of all indicators of special physical fitness, which indicates the uniformity of the selected groups. At the end of the preparatory period, the football players of the experimental group were reliably better than young athletes of the control group, the magnitude of all parameters of special physical fitness and a higher rate of improvement of these indicators (2-6 times). The results testified to the high efficiency of the proposed program of construction of the training process in the preparatory period of the annual macrocycle for football players 13-14 years at the stage of preliminary basic training and the possibility of its practical use.
