Introduction. The study of the impact on the human psyche of being in the difficult military conditions that have been in place in Ukraine since the end of February 2022 is one of the most pressing issues of our time, given the fact that the majority of the population continues to live and work in abnormal mental conditions. Today, many professionals who directly assist victims are studying the state of stress resistance and the possibility of restoring the resource. However, it should be noted that such studies usually lack generalizations that would allow for the development of different strategies for restoring psychological resources depending on the specific situation. The need for a more comprehensive approach and application of such strategies in higher education determines the relevance and purpose of our study.
The purpose of the research is to scientifically substantiate strategies for restoring the resource of viability in difficult military conditions for participants in the educational process.
Material and methods of the research. The study was conducted at the Prydniprovia State Academy of Physical Culture and Sports using the methods of analysis, systematization and generalization of literature on the topic of the study and the use of practical experience in restoring the resource in people of different ages, including participants in the educational process.
The research results. The psychological consequences of people being exposed to difficult conditions where events have different signs depending on the place and type of traumatic events were considered. These are signs such as sleep disturbances, increased fatigue, acute reactions to major and minor events, etc. These signs indicate the spectrum of human mental reaction: from acute stress reaction to acute stress and post-traumatic stress disorder. It has been determined that such disorders are exacerbated when we deal with events of prolonged duration, which leads to disruption of adaptation when in a situation of uncertainty and in negatively changed circumstances. Six different situations have been identified for effective work with such conditions. Accordingly, six different strategies for resource recovery in each of these situations have been studied and described. The necessity of using psychoeducation is determined. The issue of staying in wartime conditions for participants in the educational process is considered separately for the educational process manager and higher education students. It was proposed to introduce diagnostics of various types of stress and recommendations for overcoming them during the 3rd year of pedagogical practice.
Conclusions. Based on the analysis of scientific literature and practical experience, 6 different crisis situations were identified and characterized, and strategies for restoring the resource of viability were identified for each of them. The influence of difficult conditions on the psyche of young people receiving education is considered. It has been found that traumatic events that affect the personal adaptation of participants in the educational process in difficult conditions also affect the quality of knowledge and the ability to learn. In order to counteract such negative influences, it is proposed to introduce additional educational components, especially in the practical part of training (when students are doing internships in their specialty).
