Scientific and theoretical justification of the program for improving the technical and tactical training of girls who are involved in boxing at the stage of preliminary basic training in the second year of training

Abstract

Introduction. The rapid development of women’s boxing is becoming more competitive at the international level and in Ukraine. During the fight, female athletes must have a suficiently high level of physical, technical, technical-tactical and functional preparedness. Today, there is considerable interest in boxing on the part of girls, coaches and scientists, which contributes, firstly, to the increase of female athletes and their coaches who represent Ukraine on the international sports arena, and secondly, to the emergence of actual problems that require scientific research related to with the definition of the optimal age for girls to take up boxing and the development of scientific and fundamental provisions for the organization, implementation and improvement of the system of technical-tactical, physical and psychological training, taking into account the peculiarities of the development of the female body and the specifics of their competitive activities.

The purpose of the study: to scientifically substantiate the structure and content of technical and technical-tactical training of girls in boxing at the stage of preliminary basic training of the second year of training.

Material and methods: analysis and synthesis of scientific and methodical literature, programmatic and normative material and Internet resources.

Results. The annual plan of the training process at the stage of the initial basic training of the second year of training, taking into account the participation of female athletes in 8 competitions, has a three-cycle structure, in particular: the first preparatory period, which consists of an engaging, two basic, control-preparatory mesocycles, the first competitive period covers two pre-competitive , two competitive and restorative mesocycles; the second preparatory period, during which restorative-supportive and basic mesocycles are planned, the second competitive period, the longest, which includes four precompetitive, four competitive, two basic mesocycles; the third preparatory period consisted of restorative-sustaining and basic mesocycles, the third competitive period includes pre-competition and competitive mesocycles, the transition period is a restorative-preparatory mesocycle. The volume of physical load planning for technical and technical-tactical training is carried out taking into account the solution of specific tasks of the mesocycle: in basic mesocycles from 16,3% to 30,0% and from 15,3% to 20,8%; in pre-competitive mesocycles from 20,0% to 26.7% and 22,5 to 28.1%, in competitive mesocycles from 30,0% to 32,0% and 32,0% to 37,0% of total training time. The content of the blocks of physical exercises was formed taking into account the levels of training and improvement of technical and technical-tactical techniques and the structure of the annual macrocycle: initial, intermediate, basic.

Сonclusions. The structure and content of the program for improving the technical and technical-tactical training of girls engaged in boxing at the stage of preliminary basic training of the second year of training is scientifically substantiated.
